Allah! There is no god but He, the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory). [Al-Baqarah: 255]

Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him. [Al-Ikhlash]

In Islam, God is Life and never die. God’s Life isn’t a gift from the other and not created by the other. He never experience the death. Because God is One and Unity. The death need two things to devide, soul and body. God cannot devided by anything nor anyone.

Luke 23:46 Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Father! In your hands I place my spirit!” He said this and died.

1John 3:16 This is how we know what love is: Christ gave his life for us. We too, then, ought to give our lives for our brothers!
In Islam, God is Unity and not Trinity. It’s different with Christian and Hindu beliefe. But it’s same with Unitarian Christian in the unity concept. Islam claim prophet Isa as a messenger of Allah. He isn’t god in Islam. Unitarian Christian can accept this. They also claim that Jesus is a man, he isn’t god.

What we say is not to attack Christian’s beliefe. But we want to introduce what Qur’an say about Isa. We hope you understand.

Then, in Islam, God is the begining of everything. He isn’t borned nor created by anyone. He isn’t die and never experience the death, that is why He don’t need to born someone. Without born someone, He can still exist to manage the universe. He is different with Adam who need to born someone to still ‘exist’ and do his job, to manage the earth.

God is mercifull. If you do a bad deed, you just need to istighfar (ask for god mercy). We don’t need to sacrifice something or someone. Muslim sacrifice a gout not because they do a bad deed nor because origin sin. There is no origin sin in Islam. They do sacrifice to get closer to God.

God is independent while the other depending to God. God don’t need His creature. He don’t need food because He is the source of power and life. He never sleep nor tire. He never take a rest. He always listening His creature and manage them.

Mat. 26:39 And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

God don’t have any god. God is Almighty. Face is the symbol of honor. But in front of God, we put our face to the ground. It is symbolize of our lowness and our weakness in front of God. That’s the why Jesus do that. Jesus said, “for my Father is greater than I.” [John 14:28]
